Our Process Creates Perfection

Residential remodeling does not have to be unpredictable. At Phoenix Design & Build we take the time necessary to plan ahead and make sure your project is executed to perfection, without costly and time consuming surprises. Every project we complete follows a simple, effective and repeatable process. This allows us to be proactive in our approach to your renovation, identify obstacles well before construction begins, and provide you with a flawless finished project AND smooth construction process.

Initial Consultation and Pre-Design

Our process begins with an in home consult to discuss your needs and look at the space to be renovated. From there we create a Pre-Design plan tailored to your needs to ensure project feasibility and set your renovation up for a successful Design phase.

Design and Pre-Construction

Upon the completion of the Pre-Design phase we will enter into a design agreement. This allows us to complete all of your drawings, renderings, product selections, etc. The end result is a "Build Binder" that is yours to keep and has all of your approved

construction drawings and

selections.

Construction

Upon completion of the Design Phase we will enter into a construction agreement. This agreement will include a detailed and complete scope of work to ensure nothing that was discussed during the design phase is overlooked.

Due to all the pre-construction planning that occurs in Phases 1 & 2 construction will be a smooth and efficient process. Utilizing our build binder we

will execute your renovation

with perfection.
