Meetings
Each design process differs slightly depending on the needs of your project and the type of DSA you sign up for. All DSAs have a minimum of 2 meetings with our design team included. This allows us the time needed to work with you and a design custom to your
vision.
Selections
Our design team with guide you through the process of picking everything out for your remodel. Every plumbing fixture, tile selection, paint color, etc. will receive the attention it deserves to ensure a beautifully renovated space that is beautiful, practical and fits your vision
The end result of your design process is what we call the build binder. It will be both a physical and digital hub containing all of your design information. Every drawing, selection and scope details needed to execute construction will be contained in the build binder, which is yours to
keep.

Daily Logs
During construction communication is key. That is why you will receive updates daily from your project coordinator on what work was completed that day, as well as what is scheduled for the following day.
Weekly
Summaries
In addition to daily logs which provide day to day snapshots of your progress, you will also receive weekly summaries from your project coordinator at the conclusion of every week. These summaries will outline the milestones for the following week, as well as provide you with an updated project schedule if necessary.
Warranty
All work comes with a minimum
3 year craftsmanship warranty and
5 year structural warranty.
We guarantee a 24 hour response time to all warranty requests to set up a home visit to inspect the defect and coordinate repairs.
Construction
Agreement
Once you have reviewed and approved the build binder all that is left is to build it! We will provide you a detailed construction proposal based on your design & selections that includes a construction
schedule and payment terms tailored to your project.
